Frequently Asked Questions

Dr. Veronica Anderson is a physician turned executive advisor, CEO of Rosewater Falls, Vistage Chair, author of four books, and speaker.
She provides private counsel to CEOs and presidents on how they decide, lead, and live at the top; brings governance insight, leadership development expertise, and a physician’s clarity to boards and executive teams; and delivers keynotes and executive talks on decision making, intuition, the human side of AI, and leadership at the top.
She counsels CEOs, presidents and managing partners of companies with 11 to 200 people. As a Vistage Chair, she leads a confidential peer advisory board for CEOs and business owners in the Philadelphia region. Through Rosewater Falls, she also partners with government agencies and private-sector organizations on leadership development, team performance, and corporate wellness.
She graduated with honors from Princeton University, studying psychology with a focus on neuroscience. She earned her MD with honors and membership in Alpha Omega Alpha, then completed her residency at Mount Sinai, where she stayed on as Glaucoma Fellow and Chief Resident. In 1997 she founded her own ophthalmology practice in New Jersey and grew it from a solo physician to a team of six doctors.
She helps leaders examine how they actually make decisions: what they were taught to want, how they are wired to act, and the instinct they have been overriding. She draws on her training as a physician and on tools such as the Kolbe System, Human Design, and her own RESPECT Method, and addresses sleep, stress, and long-deferred health concerns alongside revenue and strategy.
She brings clinical rigor, human performance insight, and decision-making discipline to boards, executive teams, and governance bodies. Her areas of advisory include leadership development and team performance, executive health and performance oversight, organizational and human risk, AI adoption and workforce readiness, and executive and board alignment.
Her talks cover how leaders actually make decisions; instinct, intuition and the human side of AI; and leading when you reach the top. She speaks to CEOs and presidents, healthcare leaders, and physicians.
She has written four books: Get The Respect You Deserve, Too Smart to Be Struggling, But Now I See, and Help! My Practice Sucks!
