Helping Leaders Understand How They Decide

Dr. Veronica Anderson believes most leaders have never examined the way they actually make decisions. For her, a strategy is only as strong as the judgment behind it. She helps CEOs and presidents look closely at what they were taught to want, how they are wired to act, and the instinct they have been overriding since someone told them to be sensible.

Drawing on her training as a physician and her work with tools such as the Kolbe System, Human Design, and her own RESPECT Method, Veronica shows each leader how their intuition uniquely works. She understands the private pressure of the top job and crafts counsel that addresses both the business and the person running it. Her approach is not merely about better choices; it’s about restoring clarity, authority, and confidence in leaders who are expected to have it all worked out.

Advising CEOs, Presidents & Managing Partners

Dr. Veronica Anderson provides unsparing private counsel to leaders of companies with 11 to 200 people. Many of her clients did not found the business they run, which allows them to see it clearly rather than defend it. Through Rosewater Falls, she also partners with government agencies and private-sector organizations on leadership development, team performance, and corporate wellness.

As a Vistage Chair, Dr. Veronica Anderson leads a confidential peer advisory board for CEOs and business owners in the Philadelphia region, helping members challenge assumptions, sharpen decisions, and uncover blind spots. Because she is still a physician, the body is part of the conversation too. Sleep, stress, and long-deferred health concerns are addressed alongside revenue and strategy, ensuring the work holds for the long term.

Dr. Veronica Anderson’s Story

Dr. Veronica Anderson graduated with honors from Princeton University, studying psychology with a focus on neuroscience. Her senior thesis on the socio-economic origins of hypertension in African Americans is held in the Princeton library. Accepted into eight medical schools, she earned her MD with honors and membership in Alpha Omega Alpha, then completed her residency at Mount Sinai, where she stayed on as Glaucoma Fellow and Chief Resident under Dr. Steven M. Podos.

In 1997, she founded her own ophthalmology practice in New Jersey and grew it from a solo physician to a team of six doctors. In the years that followed, she left the practice, the marriage, and the religion, because she could not name what was wrong and knew none of it would fix itself while she waited. That crossing became her life’s work. Today, she splits her time between Bucks County, Harlem, and Nice, and has written four books, including Too Smart To Be Struggling.
